Serede Rede Conecta has the Be Apprentice Program, which aims to provide apprentices with the improvement of their practical skills, helping them to become professionals capable of carrying out their respective tasks, according to the orientations and directions passed during the period of work in the company.
Our program lasts up to 2 years, with a workday of 4 to 6 hours a day and has more than 800 hours of theoretical and practical training in our work environment. The apprentice can work in our offices spread across the 4 regions of the country – North, Northeast, South and Southeast.

- Perform administrative activities in the area supporting controls;
- Organize documents and files;
- Enter data into spreadsheets and reports.
Requirements and qualifications

- Age between 18 to 23 years old;
- Young people must have completed high school;
- Be available to perform activities lasting 4 to 6 hours a day, whether in the morning or afternoon shift;
- Initiative, problem-solving ability and pro activity;
- Knowledge and office package will be a differential.
