Serede Rede Conecta has the Being an Apprentice Program, which aims to provide apprentices with the improvement of their practical skills, helping them to become professionals capable of carrying out their respective tasks, in accordance with the guidelines and directions given during their period of work at the company.
Our program lasts up to 2 years, with a working day of 4 to 6 hours per day and offers more than 800 hours of theoretical and practical training in our work environment. The apprentice can work in our offices spread across the 4 regions of the country – North, Northeast, South and Southeast.

Responsibilities and duties

- Carry out administrative activities in the area supporting controls;
- Organize documents and files;
- Enter data into spreadsheets and reports.
Requirements and qualifications

- Age between 18 and 23 years old;
- Young people must have completed high school;
- Be available to carry out activities lasting 4 to 6 hours a day, whether in the morning or afternoon shift;
- Initiative, problem-solving ability and pro activity;
- Knowledge and office package will be an advantage.
