Responsibilities:
• Opening and closing of units;
• Opening and closing cash;
• Welcomes, clarifies doubts and advises clients on preparation for the procedure;
• Customer service: in person, over the phone and via Whatsapp;
• Scheduling sessions, checking the agenda and confirming the procedure and assessment schedule for the following day;
• Registering Leads and updating customer data in the system;
• Customer assistance for check-in and digital signature on the contract;
• Customer assistance in handling the tablet at reception;
• Requests referrals from friends for customers;
• Guides the customer on payment methods, cancellation and unit transfer;
• Performs debt renegotiation when necessary;
• Opening calls for administrative sectors;
• Organization of reception and inspection folder;
• Approaching the customer for reselling packages;
• Responsible for receiving amounts and card payments;
• Receives supply materials from the unit, as well as documents;
• Preparation of packages, document protocols and receipt of them;
• Launch of a GIS information system (shopping unit);
• Requests release authorization for service providers (mall unit);
• Verification of correspondence in the administration and verification of documents relevant to the shopping mall (mall unit).
Requirements:
• Complete high school;
• Knowledge of the Office Package;
• Experience in customer service and in-person/online sales;
• Availability to work weekends due to shifts.
