Responsibility and duties
– Welcome customers and family members, providing assistance in clarifying doubts and providing general guidance;
– Answer external and internal calls;
– Enter customer exam requests into the system;
– Direct customers to exam rooms;
– Print customer test results, separating and organizing them by name;
– Deliver exams to customers;
– Check and care for equipment and materials, ensuring the conservation of the sector;
– Make orders for materials related to the office, pharmacy and nutrition, organizing receipts and controlling stock levels;
– Organize the sector’s documents and files, as well as the work environment;
– Act ethically in the exercise of the role, valuing the professional image, the image of the organization and professional secrecy;
– Comply with standards, procedures or work instructions, depending on your area of activity, established by the company or legislation in force.
At the Admissions Center
– Monitor hospitalization requests in the Hapvida system, as per medical request;
Requested requirements and qualifications
- Complete high school
- Experience in basic Excel;
- It is desirable that the candidate already has experience in reception or customer service.
- Experience in the hospital sector will be an advantage
