About the Young Apprentice Program
We believe that the diversity of talent with different stories, backgrounds, experiences and skills will help us deliver the best experience for our customers.
The Program lasts up to 2 years, with a working day of up to 6 hours per day and includes more than 800 hours of theoretical training (human rights, environmental education, customer relations, technology, financial market, IT, behavioral skills, between others). The apprentice can work in the Branch Network or Central Administration. We have opportunities all over Brazil!
Prerequisites to participate in the Young Apprentice Program
- Age between 16 and 22 years old, preferably over 18 years old for agencies (there is no age limit for people with disabilities);
- High school in progress or completed (differential: attending higher education);
- Initiative, problem-solving ability and proactivity;
- Priority for young people in socially vulnerable situations and those in the public education network.
