The FGTS released its new application, with the new platform developed by Caixa Econômica Federal, workers can make digital withdrawals without having to leave the comfort of their home. The new FGTS application provides values in a much simpler way for those who are in a situation to withdraw.
It is also possible to access information about unfair dismissal, retirement, serious illnesses, among others.
The app is now available for Android and iOS operating systems and can be downloaded free of charge at any time. This way, access to Digital Withdrawal is very simple: just access the FGTS application, enter your CPF number and create a six-digit password.
After creating your password, you must enter the bank account where you want to receive the money. After Caixa approves the request, you can transfer the amount, you have up to five business days.
A Caixa Econômica Federal will also release the new withdrawal from PIS/Pasep allowance this month of March 2021. The values refer to workers who were born in the months of May and June. This time, the worker will receive an amount proportional to the working time, up to a minimum wage (worth R$ 1,100). To do this, it is enough to have carried out your activities formally for a minimum period of 30 days. To receive the benefit, you must:
- Have worked at least one month of the base year with a formal contract;
- Be registered with PIS/Pasep for at least five years;
- Have earned up to two minimum wages in the base year.
How do I know if I am entitled to the salary bonus?

- In the case of PASEP (public servant), the consultation is made via the Banco do Brasil call center telephone numbers: 4004-0001 (capitals and metropolitan regions); – 0800 729 0001 (other cities) and 0800 729 0088 (hearing impaired) .
According to Caixa Econômica Federal, payment of PIS/Pasep allowance will continue until March 2021. Since July 2020 until then, the federal government has made 10 payments of the new benefit schedule for those who worked in 2019 formally (signed contract).
